OEC Membership documents:
For 2012, all club members and new members will be required to complete the following (listed below) and have membership paid in full before membership is valid.  Please ensure you send  your forms and your cheque together to ensure prompt processing.  These forms can be downloaded and are located at the bottom of this page.

    Membership can only be granted once correct payment has been received in full and all forms have been completed and signed.
